Powerful intelligence. No enterprise context.
On its own, a model does not know your owners, systems, policies, history, or approval boundaries. It is capability without an operating structure.
What it is, why a model is not enough, and how one governed system lets a company use AI across real workflows without surrendering control.

What is an Agentic Harness?
A model can answer a prompt. An Agentic Harness connects that intelligence to your business—with memory, permissions, governance, workflow, and human control.
On its own, a model does not know your owners, systems, policies, history, or approval boundaries. It is capability without an operating structure.
A harness can read from the systems you already run, remember with sources, and change nothing consequential without a named person.
The architecture
Useful enough to understand the whole business. Disciplined enough to stop before it acts. That is what separates enterprise infrastructure from an AI demo.
When systems agree, the company gets an answer. When they disagree, a well-built harness raises a conflict—not an average.
Every consequential write presents the action, reason, evidence, and cost before it can move.
Permissions before retrieval · evidence before action · every decision auditable
The harness behind Eve, packaged by Deyaf
Control describes the discipline of the system, not the size of the customer. In concept, the same governed core can adapt to a growing business, a multi-department operation, or a global organization.
Replace scattered answers and manual handoffs with one governed memory and one company voice.
Connect departments without flattening ownership, context, or accountability.
Read across the enterprise while keeping permissions, provenance, and writes tightly governed.
The need appears wherever important work crosses systems, departments, and people. The harness supplies shared memory and control where a stand-alone model cannot.
Its value is not another chat window. Its value is dependable context, continuous awareness, prepared work, and a clear boundary before action.
See three ways to startDeyaf packages the harness that already runs Eve at Feniex.
Where a harness applies, in concept
Watch orders, inventory, schedules, service, and delivery—then surface the exception before it becomes the problem.
Give customers, dealers, vendors, and teams answers from the same governed business memory.
Assemble briefs, forecasts, follow-ups, and evidence before management has to request the work.
Prepare messages and system changes, expose the reason and evidence, and wait for the right person to approve.
The governed intelligence core, in concept
Can listen to meetings, mail, and connected systems—continuously and with permission.
Whoever asks, using the same governed memory with the source attached.
What is happening across the company and raises the exception.
What management and teams need, before they have to ask for it.
Writes back to a system only after the approval policy is satisfied.
Governance is the product
A harness turns autonomy into an explicit business decision. Every workflow has a ceiling. Every agent is re-checked before every action.
Concept ladder. Deyaf's live product publishes three levels: Answer only · Prepare for approval · Run an approved task. Each is set per workflow and per channel. See Deyaf's three-level ladder ↗
Going live, deliberately
Deyaf’s published readiness path runs from a preview saved in your browser to a live pilot, and each capability has its own state. Choosing a channel records your intent. It does not authorize a mailbox, activate a phone number, or connect a company account. Switch on each door deliberately ↗
What makes the harness complete
The category brings together what AI products often keep separate: governance, natural voice, honest measurement, customer-owned memory, and proof in real operations.
In production · Eve at Feniex
At Feniex, a harness is already at work answering customers. Eve runs on the Agentic Harness Deyaf packages: her knowledge, memory, doors, rules and learning loop.
Who she is. Eve is Feniex's assistant: a warm, composed public face that helps people choose suitable equipment, make a buying decision, or get support for equipment they own. She answers first, offers one useful next step, then stops. She is software with a named personality, not a person, and approved Feniex operators manage her rules and knowledge. Meet Eve, Feniex's assistant ↗
When she doesn't know. She says so. The question becomes a durable unanswered item for the team, and a support ticket is filed when contact details are available; she says it is “with the support team” only once the ticket is confirmed. On Feniex's overflow and after-hours line the team's phones ring first, and when no one is free, Eve answers instead of voicemail. No transfers, by design: she answers from her library or takes a name and number for the team. What happens when she doesn't know ↗
What she remembers. Four kinds of memory, each with one job: this conversation, one conversation record the team can read across web, email, text and phone, short customer notes, and her reviewed library. Notes are never current facts: orders, invoices and shipments are looked up fresh from the live account record.
How she gets better. Support tickets and calls are folded into a redacted, de-duplicated question book. Eve is measured on a frozen test set without making live changes, only explicitly approved lessons are published, and then she is measured again. It is a supervised knowledge-improvement loop, not fine-tuning, and not training on every raw conversation.
Before any exact product, compatibility, warranty, price or software claim, she checks the applicable record: versioned catalog, manual, software, fitment and policy records, then the reviewed lessons in her library. A convincing product name is not evidence. One English library serves customers in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic.
She describes only the action a result proves: saved, drafted, sent, uncertain, acknowledged or resolved. Saving is not delivery, and drafting is not sending.
Unresolved work goes to a person
Her tool list and server-side queries hold her to those four actions. She claims no authority to approve returns, change accounts or place orders. No single switch lets her do everything ↗
As of September 24, 2026 · Feniex's internal Eve 3.0 report · machine-judged and provisional. Past trouble spots scored 40% and stay in the test on purpose. Eve's report card, weak spots included ↗
The two doors customers see
Most people meet a harness at one of two doors: the chat box on a website or a phone call. Eve keeps the same identity, the same library and the same rules at both, and at text, email and website voice too.
The smallest door is the most visible. The answer streams in as it is written, the page and product the visitor is looking at ride along, and a product or resource can arrive as a tile. She remembers this conversation only. Usually two or three sentences, one missing detail asked at a time, and never a pretence of being a person.
An unanswered question becomes a durable unanswered item; with contact details, a ticket is filed, and she says “with the support team” only once it is confirmed accepted.
On Feniex's overflow and after-hours line, Eve answers when no one is free or the office is closed: “Hello, this is Eve, Feniex's intelligence. How can I help you?” She is never silent for long: “One moment” after about 1.5 seconds, “Still checking” about every four. Spanish, French and Portuguese callers hear that language's own voice.
No transfers, by design: she answers from her library, or takes a name and number and hands the matter to the team. Every call is transcribed, with a ten-minute maximum.
