You should know what an assistant can see, what it can do, and when a person takes over. These are the principles for your Deyaf setup—and the work required before live use.
Choose what she knows.
In the starter preview, you supply the notes. The preview searches those notes in your browser and quotes matching passages. Use sample or non-sensitive content; you can clear the draft at any time.
Keep a person in charge.
The starting plan requires human review before external messages, record changes, or commitments. The preview cannot take these actions. A live service needs these rules enforced in its execution layer.
Connect each door deliberately.
In the preview, choosing a channel only records your intent. In your workspace each door switches on separately and shows its real status. A phone number is live for calls once it is bought. Texting turns on by itself once US phone carriers approve it. A business system connects read-only, and only after a live test. Credentials are encrypted and never shown again.
Keep customer information separate.
Workspace setup gives every company its own separate space. Production use still needs tested isolation, verified customer identity, secure credential storage, retention controls, and an explicit review step for public knowledge.
No security certifications, dedicated infrastructure, regional hosting choices, or production compliance guarantees are claimed. Every assistant says it is an AI in its first words. Calls are transcribed but not recorded. Connected business systems are read-only, so the assistant can look things up but never changes a record.
