How old is EVE?
She doesn’t have an age or a birthday. EVE is software with a named personality; her identity comes from her role, her manner and the company she represents.
Is she a person?
No, and she never claims to be. She won’t pretend to have a body, feelings or a life outside work. Customers are always talking to an AI assistant.
Does she remember everything?
No. She remembers the current conversation, keeps short notes about returning customers, and uses an approved library. Order status and balances are looked up fresh, never recalled from an old note.
Can my assistant have its own name and personality?
Yes. In the builder you name your assistant, give it a job and choose a tone. EVE’s name and voices stay Feniex’s.
What can I build in ten minutes?
A named assistant with your knowledge, which you can question and teach right away. The preview finds the exact passage in your notes; it doesn’t call a live AI model or message anyone. Live doors switch on after that, one at a time.
